Elitty shows you important metrics directly on the main dashboard of the console.

Overview of credits

This overview shows two graphs

  1. on the left, the development of charging and withdrawal of credits of all customers in the time period, including accounted sales
  2. on the right, the proportion of orders on which points were applied (orders with withdrawal)

The proportion of orders with withdrawals is an indicator of the performance of the Ellity system on your e-shop. The higher the value, the better. The typical value ranges from 5% to 20% depending on the category of goods sold, frequency of purchases and other metrics. In general, from 15% and above, the system works well.

Overview of orders

On the order overview, you can see the orders that the system processes (filtered orders are not visible because the system does not work with them).

In the list, you can see the order number, date of purchase, customer, amount, order and payment status, and the number of loaded (obtained) and used (drawn) points.
