Discount coupons

Ellity uses discount coupons to redeem customer points.  Shoptet provides discount coupons in the form of a paid add-on (free from the Shoptet Profi tariff)

You're getting the Cannot use credits error

If you receive a message when using credits that a discount coupon cannot be applied to the order and credits cannot be used, please check the following settings in the e-shop

• Do you have discount coupons installed on your e-shop?
• Are all products in the basket allowed to use discount coupons ?
• Does the customer group's price list allow discount coupons?
• Does the customer group not have a maximum percentage discount set?

Combination of discounts

An order in Shoptet allows the use of only one discount coupon.

If points are drawn on the order, you can no longer apply another discount coupon and vice versa.
